New Bedford home sale prices ranged from $30,000 to $2 million in late July, August deed filings
Bristol County deed records show 128 New Bedford property transfers recorded between July 24 and August 22. Of those, 76 included a disclosed sale price, ranging from $30,000 to $2 million, with a median of $460,000. The month's top sale was a $2 million transfer at 25 Homer's Wharf from NOR-J Trust to RMFP25 LLC on July 31. Bolton Street had the most recorded activity of any single street, with four transfers. More than half of the 52 sales without a disclosed price appear to be transfers between family members or into trusts rather than open-market sales, based on matching names in the deed records.
