NEW BEDFORD — New Bedford has paused its use of Flock Safety license plate reader cameras, according to a WCVB report published Tuesday, making the city the latest in Massachusetts to reconsider the surveillance technology. Elsewhere, the city's cultural calendar continued with a community gardens program spotlighted by the New Bedford Light.
