New Bedford recorded 148 property transfers from July 10 to Aug. 8. Disclosed prices, covering 79 of the sales, ranged from $60,000 to $6.7 million, with a median of $450,000. The period's top transaction was a matched pair: 81 Cove St. and 91 Cove St., both sold by WOOBNB LLC to MHC 390 New Bedford MA LLC for $6.7 million each on July 23. Sixty-nine filings, including a 15-parcel municipal transfer to the New Bedford Redevelopment Authority and numerous same-name family or trust conveyances, carried no disclosed price, a pattern typical of deed data rather than an indicator of market direction.
