The period's top transaction was a pair of $6.7 million sales at 81 and 91 Cove St., both sold the same day by Woobnb LLC to MHC 390 New Bedford MA LLC. Among recorded sales, 49 came in under $500,000, 34 fell between $500,000 and $1 million, and four topped $1 million. More than a third of all recorded deeds carried no price recorded yet, many involving same-family or trust transfers.
