New Bedford property sales range from $30,000 to $6.7 million in July-August roundup
New Bedford recorded 144 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, with 87 disclosing a sale price. Prices ranged from $30,000 to $6.7 million, with a median of $460,000. The period's top transaction was a pair of $6.7 million sales at 81 and 91 Cove St., both sold the same day by Woobnb LLC to MHC 390 New Bedford MA LLC. Among disclosed sales, 49 came in under $500,000, 34 fell between $500,000 and $1 million, and four topped $1 million. More than a third of all recorded deeds carried no disclosed price, many involving same-family or trust transfers.
