New Bedford Property Sales Top $2 Million at Homer's Wharf in Active August Period
New Bedford's Bristol County Registry of Deeds recorded 135 deeds between July 31 and Aug. 29, 2026, with 81 carrying disclosed sale prices ranging from $500 to $2,000,000 and a median of $460,000. The period's most notable transaction was the $2,000,000 transfer of 25 Homer's Wharf from NOR-J TRUST to RMFP25 LLC, followed by a $1,430,000 multi-address commercial sale on No. Front Street. Roughly 40 percent of deeds carried no disclosed consideration, a share consistent with the prevalence of trust transfers, estate settlements, and LLC restructurings; among arm's-length sales with disclosed prices, activity was broadly distributed across price tiers from the low $100,000s to the high $800,000s.
