New Bedford recorded 139 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with 88 carrying a sale price ranging from $30,000 to $900,000 and a median of $460,000. The month's top sale was 14 Nina St. at $900,000, followed by 48 Morelands Ter. at $885,000 and 203 Deane St. at $725,000.
New Bedford recorded 139 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with 88 carrying a sale price ranging from $30,000 to $900,000 and a median of $460,000. The month's top sale was 14 Nina St. at $900,000, followed by 48 Morelands Ter. at $885,000 and 203 Deane St. at $725,000. Acushnet Avenue was the most active street, with six priced sales. Of the remaining transfers, 36 were nominal-consideration filings, often between parties sharing a surname or trust, and 15 had no price yet recorded at the registry. Sales split nearly evenly between those under $500,000 (49) and those between $500,000 and $900,000 (39), with none exceeding $1 million.
