New Bedford records 139 property transfers in late summer, led by $900,000 Nina Street sale
New Bedford recorded 139 property deeds between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Of 89 sales with a disclosed price, prices ranged from $500 to $900,000, with a median of $460,000. The month's top sale was 14 Nina St, which sold for $900,000 on Aug. 27. Acushnet Avenue saw the most recorded transfers of any street, with eight. Fifty of the 139 deeds carried no disclosed price, and most of those pair matching or related last names between grantor and grantee, consistent with family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales.
